Shape the visual identity and user experience of Ndaya, blending African aesthetics with modern design principles.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user flows for marketplace features
- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes in Figma
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams
Requirements
- 3+ years product design experience (web/mobile)
- Expert in Figma, prototyping, and design systems
- Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce or marketplace work
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
- Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for African or diaspora audiences
- Motion design skills (After Effects, Principle)
- Front-end coding knowledge (HTML/CSS/React)
- Illustration or branding experience
